These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bradley Cleans mobile applications and website at bradleycleans.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Bradley Cleans helps homeowners, residents, property managers, and independent cleaners coordinate cleaning standards, visits, Match proposals, and payments. Bradley provides technology and marketplace tooling; cleaning services themselves are performed by independent cleaners or arrangements you make through the app—not by Bradley as the cleaning provider unless expressly stated otherwise.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 18 for payment / cleaner payout features).
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by harassing others, posting illegal content, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with Service integrity, or using the Service for fraudulent payments or fake identities.
Payments
Payments and cleaner payouts are processed by Stripe. Fees, timing, and refunds depend on the applicable visit agreement, Stripe’s terms, and any in-app disclosures. You are responsible for tax obligations related to your use of the Service.
Content you provide
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as notes, photos, or checklist items). You grant Bradley a license to host and use that content as needed to operate the Service for you and users you share a home or job with.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Bradley does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, or the quality, safety, or legality of cleaning work performed by independent users.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bradley’s total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to Bradley for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (excluding amounts paid through the app to cleaners). Bradley is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
