Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your Bradley Cleans account and associated personal data. This page is the public instructions URL for app stores and Meta / Facebook app settings.
Delete in the Bradley Cleans app (preferred)
- Open the Bradley Cleans app on iOS or Android.
- Go to Settings (or your profile / account area).
- Choose Delete account (wording may vary slightly by version).
- Confirm by typing the required confirmation phrase when prompted.
This starts account deletion on our servers, including personal profile data tied to your user account.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@bradleycleans.com from the email address on your account with subject line Data deletion request and include:
- The email / phone used to sign up
- Your full name
- A clear request to delete your Bradley Cleans account and personal data
We will verify ownership of the account and process the request. Typical turnaround is within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Account credentials and profile information
- Personal content associated with your user record where feasible
What we may retain
We may retain limited information when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or accounting reasons (for example payment records processed via Stripe), or when data is shared with another user’s active home/visit history in a form that cannot be fully removed without breaking their records. Aggregated or anonymized analytics may also remain.
Facebook / Meta Login
If you connected Bradley Cleans through Facebook Login (when available), you can also remove the app’s access from your Facebook settings. That does not automatically delete your Bradley account—use the in-app delete flow or email us as well.
